Forever Pieces – The new line from CB2

The other day I was wandering through the CB2 website, looking for outdoor furniture, when I stumbled upon their new furniture line, coined “Forever Pieces”. Not thinking much of it, I clicked through to the collection of newly offered furniture and decor items, still on a mission to find something cool for my deck. But as I started scrolling down the page I was honestly caught off guard! These designs were very different from their usual offerings. It was refreshing to see this.

I’ve always associated CB2 as the modern, more affordable sibling to the higher end Crate and Barrel, overflowing with bold, very modern and almost jovial styled design. But these designs show a new level of strength and maturity. They are elegant, clean and classic. I know we’ve seen our fair share of vintage-modern to transitional these days. Yet, somehow CB2 has reinvented this style with pieces that will last a lifetime in your home and they’ve managed to do it at a rather affordable price. High five to them!

Call me crazy, but I find good design to be exhilarating and it’s hard not to want to surround myself with it! Am I right?
